Usage Instructions and Operating Guidelines

 

1. General Operating Procedures

 

(1) Pretreatment:Before use, powder products should be checked for moisture absorption and clumping. If clumping occurs, they can be crushed and used. Granular products require no pretreatment and can be added directly.

 

(2) Dissolving and Preparation:

 

· Powder: Add to the dissolving tank at a concentration of 10-25%, stir for 3-5 minutes (heating to 40℃ can accelerate dissolution), and use after preparing the mother liquor.

 

· Granules: Add to the dissolving tank at a concentration of 5-15%, stir for 5-10 minutes, or use a circulating water dissolving device to ensure complete dissolution.

 

(3) Addition Methods:

 

· Powder: Suitable for manual addition, addition to small mixing tanks, or delivery of the mother liquor via a small metering pump.

 

· Granules: Suitable for addition to large hoppers, conveying via screw conveyors, or direct addition to the reaction system (such as circulating water cooling towers, sludge conditioning tanks). 


(4) Reaction Condition Control:

 

· Water Treatment: Control the system pH to 7.0-10.0. It can be used in conjunction with PAC and PAM to enhance treatment efficiency.

 

· Agriculture: Avoid mixing with alkaline fertilizers or phosphate fertilizers. Allow a 5-7 day interval to prevent nutrient loss.

 

· Industrial Synthesis: Control the reaction temperature and pH value according to specific process requirements to ensure complete reaction of raw materials.

 

2. Precautions

 

· Both forms must be stored in a dry, ventilated place in sealed packaging to prevent moisture absorption and clumping (powder is more hygroscopic, so moisture-proof measures should be prioritized).

 

· Wear protective gloves and a mask when adding materials. For powder products, take precautions against dust and avoid inhalation.

 

· Avoid direct mixing with strongly alkaline agents (such as sodium hydroxide and lime) to prevent precipitation that could clog pipes or equipment.

 

· It is recommended to conduct a small-scale test before first use and adjust the dosage according to the actual situation to ensure a balance between effectiveness and cost.
